What is your shipping policy for oversized furniture?
We offer specialized white-glove delivery for all large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials to ensure your piece arrives safely.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard home decor items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom upholstery or handcrafted furniture, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Jones & Co ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. We partner with artisans who use FSC-certified timber and reclaimed woods to ensure our environmental footprint remains as small as possible.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can test the color and texture in your home's unique lighting before committing to a large furniture purchase.
